Experience Shabbat with your whole body, through MEISA:
Movement-Exploration-Imagination-Sensation-Awareness.
MEISA is a contemplative/somatic movement practice that invites experiential exploration.  This restorative practice evolved out of a questing need to know, move and live more deeply in the authenticity of the body. Give yourself the gift of movement to ground and nourish.

This guided, contemplative movement practice encourages mobility, physical expression, creativity and a deepening of embodied knowing. MEISA provides an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in moving with less tension, increased range, and enhanced physical expression. The practice cultivates awareness/presence through movement and sensory connection. Movers have agency to explore movement that is uniquely their own.
