Preparing for the High Holidays (SLAM Tour with Bill Sitzer)

In preparation for the upcoming Jewish High Holidays, Central Reform Congregation is once again pleased to offer its once-a-year High Holidays tour for CRC members at the Saint Louis Art Museum (SLAM).
Curated and led by docent and longtime member Bill Sitzer, the one-hour tour will feature extraordinary works in the Museum’s permanent collection considered through the lens of the Jewish experience and connected to themes that often recur in the High Holidays liturgy.
The tour is free, fully handicap accessible, and open to all! It will begin at the Information Center in the Museum’s modern wing, Taylor Hall, East Building, 1 Fine Arts Dr., St. Louis, MO 63110.
There is no cost, but RSVP is required to attend due to space limitations. Please arrive by 10:50 AM and know that parking can be challenging on a beautiful Fall day in Forest Park. Participants must arrange their own transportation to the Museum, and carpooling is encouraged.
