Warm Reception and Growing Momentum Shared at Town Hall Introducing New E.D.

Thank you to everyone who attended last night’s Welcome Reception and Town Hall, and for those of you who weren’t able to join us last night, here’s a brief summary:

• David Lazaroff, Vice-President Operations, provided a crisp summary of the strides we have made in increasing AFC revenues and stressed the need for those increases to continue annually with inflation.
• MJ Probst introduced herself, explaining her role as Director of Philanthropy and excitement about taking her new position.
• Mark Wrighton, Vice-President Turnaround, provided a thorough review of CRC’s accomplishments since our first Town Hall, in May of 2024, and of the challenges that remain. Included in his presentation were our plans for an endowment to secure our future.
• Rabbi Daniel offered a warm welcome to Terri Grossman, who in her own heartfelt comments showed why the search committee had been so impressed by her.
• Paul Wagman, President, and other board members and staff members took questions from the congregants at the end.
• The musicians set the mood and the rabbis concluded with a blessing for us all.

Across tech, music, facilities, presentation, member engagement, and more, the excellence of our full staff was on display last night. Thanks to all!
