Our recent Shir Shabbat at Crown Center on Friday afternoon August 7 brought more than just entertainment, as the house band led by Rabbi Daniel gave us a beautiful reminder of the power of music to create connection, joy, and community.
CRC’s professional musicians shared a special musical Shabbat service with Crown Center residents and the response was absolutely heartwarming:
“I didn’t understand the words, but I didn’t need to. Wow!”
“This has been such a wonderful day. I haven’t had a day like this in a while. Starting with brunch and then the wonderful Shabbat music. It really has been wonderful.”
“What an awesome group to have at Crown Center. I can’t believe they played for us. Will they come back?”
