CRC began 5786 with full sanctuaries, heartfelt prayer, and the warmth of community. Nearly 500 people gathered for Erev Rosh Hashanah, filling CRC with song, spirit, and anticipation. The next morning, about 650 joined us across both CRC and First Unitarian Church, as together we lifted our voices and began the journey of the High Holy Days accompanied by our choir and musicians.
Following services, congregants lingered at CRC to share in a festive oneg. Trays of sweets, alongside apples dipped in honey, reminded us of our hope for a year filled with sweetness, abundance, and blessing. The joy of seeing so many familiar faces—and welcoming new ones—made the celebration especially meaningful as we turned together toward a new chapter.
