Storm damage outside of CRC, shows trees torn down.

SATURDAY MORNING SERVICES WILL CONTINUE AS PLANNED, DESPITE POWER OUTAGE AT CENTRAL REFORM

We hope that you are staying safe after this afternoon’s severe storms and tornado. As you may know, the area around Central Reform had significant storm damage, and the power is currently out at CRC, with no estimated time of service restoration. Thankfully, our Sukkat Shalom is not damaged, but there is some debris in the parking lot that is being cleared.

There will be morning Shabbat services as scheduled, however we want you to be aware of the lack of power and AC. While we encourage you to attend, we also hope you take appropriate measures to remain safe and comfortable.

If you are attending services, the Kingshighway access to CRC is fully cleared. Access via Waterman Blvd. may be somewhat limited. Please plan to arrive ahead in case of traffic congestion and drive cautiously to be aware for debris.

We hope that all have a Shabbat Shalom and stay safe this weekend.

B’Ahava,

Sarah Kirschner and the CRC Rabbis
