Nancy Weigley
Executive Director

Together with CRC’s dedicated staff and volunteers, she coordinates the many programs and events happening every week at CRC, as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the congregation office. She provides support for the Rabbis, Board of Directors and various Circles and Committees.

A longtime member and board member of our congregation, Nancy has worked in the St. Louis Jewish Community for over 27 years.  She began her career in Jewish Communal work at the Jewish Community Center as the Director of the St. Louis Senior Olympics, a position she held for 10 years.  In addition, Nancy became the Director of the J Associates, a fundraising auxiliary of the JCC. In 2005, Nancy joined National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), St. Louis Section as the Program Director.  Her job entailed the oversight of all membership, advocacy and community service programming.  She worked closely with committees and volunteers for projects such as the Back to School Store.

Nancy also has an impressive history of volunteer work. She has served on the Nishmah Retreat Committee, was (volunteer) chairperson of the St. Louis Senior Olympics, has served on several committees for NCJW, including chairing the Leadership Breakfast, and was a Home Plate host for Washington University students.  Nancy was the recipient of the J ProStl Mentor Award in 2011 and in 2013, she was the recipient of the St. Louis Senior Olympics Doc Eberhardt Award for Volunteerism.

Nancy earned her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  She is the graduate of the CORO Women in Leadership Program and completed the 2-year Anthropedia Foundation Well-Being coach program in 2013.
