Registration

Our tradition of welcoming everyone to our services has not changed, but space is limited and we are seeking to host a secure, safe experience, so we ask that everyone register for the services they plan to attend.

Member registration is through the CRC Community Portal. (Members, please look over our Community Portal FAQs for instructions on how to use the Portal for the first time.)

Please select only the number of seats you can reasonably expect to use for your household and any guests you are bringing. If you need more than 8 seats, please call the office for assistance. Registration will close at 5 pm on Thursday, Oct. 10th. Member Registration Non-Member Registration

Registration is not required to watch services on livestream. See our viewing options here.

If you have any difficulties registering for High Holiday services, contact Becky at becky@centralreform.org. You may also call CRC to register by phone.

FAQ’s

  • If you want to make changes to an existing registration, please email becky@centralreform.org.

    Please include:

    – the specific service(s) you want to add or remove

Don’t just say Rosh Hashanah! Let us know eve, morning, 2nd day…

    – the name(s) of everyone in your party who will attend with you

    – the name(s) of anyone to be removed from your registration

Please do not just give a number of seats, we need names of all attendees registering.
  • If you have not registered yet, please try registering yourself first:
  • Forgot your password?
    • If you are a CRC member and have an existing portal account but you don’t know or have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it:

      https://centralreform.my.site.com/s/login/ForgotPassword
    • If the “Forgot Password” link does not seem to work for you, try the “Self Register” link.
    • Both the “Self Register” and the “Forgot Password” link will send you an email with a link that you need to click on, to verify that that is really your email address. If you do not see that email, check your spam folder. (If you have good antivirus protection, you will need to mark it as NOT SPAM in order to click on the link.)
  • Troubleshooting Common Errors:
    • YOU MUST SELECT YOURSELF TO REGISTER YOURSELF.  IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR NAME LISTED BELOW YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, THEN CLICK ON “ADD GUEST” TO ADD YOURSELF. (This is the most common error we see)
    • If you are a member but we do not have your current email address on file, you may get an error message telling you to contact the administrator. First, try emailing officemanager@centralreform.org with your email address — use the subject line “URGENT email address update”
    • Oddly enough, the only people who show up as family members for High Holiday registration are those for whom we have a birth date on file. If you see that you or any other member(s) of your household are not listed, please feel free to click “Add a guest” and write them in — but also please email officemanager@centralreform.org with the names and birth date(s) of the missing household member(s).
    • You  may register a maximum of 8 people in your party. If you have more than 8 attending, please email becky@centralreform.org with the name(s) of the additional member(s) of your party, and the specific service(s) they will attend.
    • Both members and nonmembers may bring non-member guests. You do NOT need to specify whether or not anyone is a member.
    • All adult members of CRC may use the portal. However, each household may submit only one High Holiday registration form, to avoid duplications. If you see you have made an error after submitting your registration form, email becky@centralreform.org with the specific name(s) and specific service(s) that are in error.
    • If you have any other questions or run into any other difficulties, please email becky@centralreform.org with the name(s) of everyone in your party and the specific service(s) each person will attend.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you wish to volunteer for any High Holiday activity, please complete this form or contact our office at 314-361-3919 to be added to the volunteer list. Volunteer assignments will be made beginning in September and will be finalized by September 15. Onsite needs include welcoming guests, taking registration, assisting with seating, answering questions, and more. We will also have empty trays you may pick up at upcoming services at CRC to fill with baked goods for the Erev Rosh Hashanah Oneg.

Security

There will be security at all events throughout the High Holidays. Please do not be offended if we ask your name, check your registration or otherwise request information to ensure the safety of all who attend. Metal Detectors will be used as people enter the building and we will have a registration desk to confirm registration. Only those who are registered will be allowed to enter the building; those who have not registered will be allowed in on a case-by-case basis.

To avoid delays, please leave large bags at home and bring only the essentials into the building. Bags will be searched by security personnel. Please follow similar guidelines to entering concert venues or sporting events. Please leave weapons of any kind at home. Use caution when leaving items in your vehicles, as we cannot guarantee the safety of those items. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following these and other safety and security policies.
