Tornado Recovery Task Force

Our Tornado Task Force volunteer group chose to focus our support and service efforts in the Fountain Park area — an historic neighborhood where Dr. Punch and his team at 314 Oasis have been doing critical work to care for and uplift the community. Since beginning our volunteer efforts there, we’ve seen real potential to grow and strengthen these connections and make a meaningful difference together.

Dr. Punch and the 314 Oasis team have invited CRC (and other local nonprofits) to partner with them in a new way— by sponsoring a day at the 314 Oasis site to provide food and mutual aid.

We’ll gather on Zoom on Tuesday, July 15 at 3:00 PM to talk through this request, hear your ideas, and coordinate how CRC can best show up for our neighbors.
