8 pm New Member Wine and Cheese Reception – All are welcome. Registration requested.
9 pm Slichot Service – No registration necessary.

Slichot is a special late service that is held the Saturday night before the High Holidays. It is a special time designed to get us in the mood and rhythm of the Days of Awe.

Everyone is welcome to come to the wine and cheese reception to meet our newest synagogue members and greet them with CRC hospitality. This part of the evening will conclude with havdallah in the oneg room. (Click the link to learn more and register.)

The service will include our first taste of this year’s amazing High Holiday music, with our band and vocal ensemble. There will be rituals of letting go (Slichot means forgiveness), and changing the Torah cover for yontiff. We will conclude the service fully in candlelight.

We hope to see you Saturday and into our season of renewal.

This service will be in person in our Sanctuary and live streamed.
