Everyday Holiness
Mussar with Felice Joyce
Are you doing a good job of being your Jewish self?
Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that a person can use to develop spirituality, foster awareness, and wisdom.
The Mussar method involves reading ancient and contemporary Jewish texts, journaling, visualizations, chanting, mediation, engaged silence, and cultivating acts of kindness.
This is an opportunity to experience something new, learn with chevra, meet other seekers, and engage in conversations that often go unspoken.
