Repro Shabbat at CRC

– February 13, 2026

Join us on February 13 for Repro Shabbat, supported by the National Council of Jewish Women, as we honor the Jewish value of reproductive freedom and the dignity of personal decision-making.

Repro Shabbat is an annual Shabbat celebration that honors the Jewish value of reproductive freedom. It takes place annually on Parshat Mishpatim, which contains the verses commonly referenced as the foundation of Judaism’s approach to reproductive health, rights, and justice.

At our Friday evening service on 2/13, we’ll hear from two speakers offering complementary perspectives:

  • Tori Schafer, Director of Policy and Campaigns at the ACLU of Missouri, who helped lead the successful effort to enshrine The Right to Reproductive Freedom in Missouri’s constitution.
  • CRC member Rose-Lynn Sokol, a longtime advocate with over 50 years in reproductive healthcare and leadership, including work at Reproductive Health Services, and current roles as Co-Chair of NCJWSTL’s Path Coalition and a board member of Access MO, focused on protecting reproductive freedom in Missouri.

Come learn, reflect, and ground this vital conversation in Jewish values and community.

Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value. We invite you to join us in honoring it.
