CRC Apple Pie Baking for the Holidays

Join us for a Pie Baking Party on Wednesday, September 9, 6:30 p.m.

Learn the art of pie making with CRC member and expert baker Marcia Mermelstein, owner of Pie in the Sky and former pastry chef at Winslow’s Home. Marcia has been delighting St. Louis with her pies for over 20 years, and now she’ll show you how easy (and fun) pie baking can be.

Each participant will take home a hand-made apple pie—perfect for Rosh Hashanah, ready to bake or freeze. We’ll provide all ingredients and utensils; just bring your hands, an apron (optional), and curiosity!

Cost per pie:
$28 for members
$36 for non-members
