Join Becky Nelson-Zoole for an introduction to the “practical mysticism” of Avraham Abulafia, the 13th century master of Ecstatic Kabbalah. Abulafia strove through ecstasy to rise above reality and reach a connection with the Divine.
We will practice some of his simpler meditative techniques as we learn more about the rich heritage of Jewish Mysticism.
