a Jewish presence in the City of St. Louis
congregational life
The Israel Circle's goal is to provide, to members of CRC and the broader community, information and education about Israel and its people, politics, religion, culture and history. The Circle endeavors to help CRC members understand the importance of their connection to Israel. The Circle helps CRC provide a safe environment for dialogue and the expression of diverse views about conflict and peace in Israel and the struggles of its people to become a just and inclusive society. By performing this work, the Israel Circle helps CRC fulfill its mission to create opportunities for expression of our Jewish spirituality and values, to pursue our interests in Jewish education, and to become a moral force in the larger Jewish community.*
Currently, the Israel Circle meets irregularly, coming together to plan periodic programs about Israel.
If you are interested in future Israel Circle programming, please contact Jen Fishering at jenf@centralreform.org.
