The New Year for Trees

Tu BiSh'vat, one of the "new year" celebrations spread throughout the Jewish calendar year, has evolved for many into a Jewish environmental celebration. At CRC we celebrate with a seder of fruits and nuts, along with red and white wine/grape juice, and celebrate the gifts that the Earth offers us.
